For the greenest washroom
June 20th 2008

After much research considering green house gases, energy and waste, cotton towels have the smallest environmental impact (according to Oko-Institut, Germany). With sustainability as its core focus,Kennedy Hygiene Products has developed the TEKNA Mechanical Cotton Towel Cabinet, which it will show on stand 3.317.

Being mechanical, the TEKNA does not drain extra power sources, and although a simple idea, is executed by an advanced design harnessing an internal power spring, which, after being activated by the user, recoils to draw back the used part of the towel. This also releases only enough towel to for one use, saving waste.

Created from 100 per cent recycled components, visitors can find out all about Kennedy's green ethos at the show.
