Winterhalter has won the Warewasher category in the 2008 Caterer Equipment and Supplies Excellence Awards in recognition of its Energy+ technology.

Energy+ recycles exhaust heat from steam and waste water, using it to heat incoming cold water.This could save over Ł1000 per year on a single machine.
