Metsä funding climate research

Metsä Tissue has donated £75,000 to young climate researchers working in the Polar Regions through the Cambridgebased International Polar Year.

Many of Metsä's products are certified with the Nordic Ecolabel, including the Serla brand,proof that it has fulfiled strict environmental criteria.

"Caring for the environment is an integral part of our philosophy and climate change is one of the greatest issues of our time,"says Metsä's Paavo Liestalo.
