Ensuring Carbon Trust Standard certification runs smoothly

Carbon management consultancy Carbon Clear has supported environmentally aware cleaning company Citrica through Carbon Trust Standard (CTS) certification. It’s believed that Citrica is the first in its sector to achieve the accreditation.

CTS certification is a rigorous process requiring applicants to significantly reduce their carbon footprint and put initiatives in place to achieve further reductions.

“This is an achievement of which we are very proud,” comments Carbon Clear CEO Mark Chadwick. “Our remit is to help companies measure and reduce their carbon footprint, allowing them to be more environmentally responsible and the CTS certification is a manifestation of this.
